The purpose and objective for which this club is formed are as follows: | |
1. To collect, restore to their original factory condition, and preserve motor vehicles belonging to its members, and to aid other enthusiasts in the same activity. 2. To conduct and operate exhibitions and competitive events to promote antique vehicle restoration and preservation. In addition, the Pioneer Antique Auto Club also prides itself in that our organization provides monetary and material donations to a number of organizations and groups. Just over the last five years, the Club has helped the following: Dave Thomas Foundation, Old Man Rivers [including "Stuff the Bus"], Wood County Deputy Sheriffs Association ["Bikes for Tykes], Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 79 ["Shop with a Cop"], WVU-P Foundation, Boy Scouts, Try Again Homes, United Way, Wendy's Wonderful Kids along with local food pantries, Brown Bag School Program, Belpre Areas Ministries, Washington State Community College Scholarship Fund. |
